  1. Responsible
LTZ is responsible for data collection and processing.
  2. Data recipients
We only transfer your personal data to third parties if a legal norm (e.g. one of the below-mentioned) permits to do so.
Your personal data is stored and processed on the system of our software-provider Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG that support us within the scope of commissioned data processing as per our instructions.
In case of your given consent we will be sharing the application within our group in the sectors animal breeding, animal health and animal nutrition.
We transfer your data to companies of the group outside the EU or the EEA if you have given us your consent to do so. In order to ensure the lawfulness of the data transfer, we have, inter alia, concluded EU Standard Contractual Clauses according to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR with the service provider.
There is an appropriate level of data protection ensured for the data transfer to the USA by the corresponding participation in the Privacy Shield Agreement (Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR).
We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.
  3. Data processing based on consent
If you have given a separate consent to share your personal data with other companies of the group the processing will be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time, without this affecting the legitimacy of previous data processing. When you revoke you consent, we will stop the data processing.
  4. Data processing for the fulfillment of a contract
We process your name, address, email-address and phone number according to Sec. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and § 26 BDSG-neu for the purpose to fulfill a contract. This also comprises general application papers e.g. cover letter, curriculum vitae, certificates of qualification.
  5. Scope and Context of Processing
We process the data you provide us in the context of your online application strictly for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data will not be processed for other purposes.
You determine the amount of data you want to send us in the context of your online application. Online applications are transferred electronically to our HR department and processed as quickly as possible. The transfer is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company. Furthermore, your data will not be transferred to third parties. Your details will be treated confidentially in our company. If the application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 6 months after termination of the application process; during that time it will only be kept in order to be able to respond to queries.
If we may also consider your application for other or future job openings and you have given us and not withdrawn your consent, we keep the data for 2 years. The data will not be deleted as long as there are any outstanding invoices which are to be collected. Should there be any legal retention requirements, the affected data will be archived for the prescribed period
  6. Rights of the Data Subject
Data subjects have the right to obtain information from the responsible party regarding their personal data, and they have to right to rectification of inaccurate data, or to data erasure if one of the reasons stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. In addition, data subjects have the right to have the processing restricted under the conditions stated in Art. 18 GDPR, or, in cases according to Art. 20 GDPR, they have the right to data portability.
  7. Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority if the person feels that the processing of his or her personal data is incompliant with data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint may in particular be exercised with a supervisory authority of the member state in which the data subject is located or where the alleged incident has occurred.
